Eligible Candidates

On the basis of the performance in the admission test, the lists of unreserved and reserved candidates shall be prepared and the candidates will be informed accordingly. The candidates shall be selected purely on merit basis. The vacant seats shall be filled up from the waiting list.

Note : The change in the rule of the state Government of Assam in regards to reservation quota shall be followed.

Duration

Two Years year (from Intake Capacity : 100 (for both boys & girls) .

Academic Qualifications

• The candidate must be graduate from a recognized University.
• The candidate should have adequate knowledge in English as the medium of instruction shall be English.

List of Games

Track & Field (Two events one track and one Field event) Foot-ball, Volley-ball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Basket-ball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Swimming, Gymnastics, Wrestling, Hand-ball, Boxing, Judo, Lawn-Tennis, Hockey, Cricket and other recognised games by the Indian Olympic Association.

1. 1st Paper : Principle and History of physical Education
2. 2nd Paper : Education and Sports Psychology
3. 3rd Paper : Organization and Administration of Physical Education
4. 4th Paper : Anatomy, Physiology, Health Education and care of Sports Injury
5. 5th Paper : Method of Teaching and Officiating
6. 6th Paper : Kinesiology, Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education
